Learn Mindfulness

In order to teach mindfulness, we have to practice it.

To help you understand what mindfulness and meditation is before you embark on teaching your kids, you can try a free taster.

I could do it at my own pace and fit it in around work and family life.

If you sign up for our mailing list,  you’ll have the option to select “Meditation – beginners”.

You’ll then receive (by email) information about how to access some free online resources that introduce you to mindfulness.

We won’t spam  you with information you don’t want (and you can remove yourself from our mailing list whenever you choose).

This free mindfulness resources – is offered by  Lorraine Murray, a meditation guide with 30 years experience and author of Calm Kids and Connected Kids, with Gillian Duncan the founder of The Moment is Now and an experienced mindfulness teacher.

Gillian and Lorraine will offer you a few ideas to help you learn more and hopefully…

  • to feel calmer,
  • to cope with change and challenges
  • to recover more quickly from setbacks
  • to feel stronger inside your body and mind

We want to help you take better care of your health and well-being.

The module is self-directed and you can go at your own pace (you’ll have 30 days access to the taster.
