“Just to say what a great course day you put together and delivered on Saturday. It was so enjoyable and very deep on a personal level!”

“I went back to a school where I had worked in the summer to repeat an introduction to mindfulness and meditation as they had some new staff. It was only two hours and I would have previously gone in with wanting to fill it full of exciting activities as the time was so little and feel bound that they went away with ‘stuff’ but instead I spent an hour and a half working from the heart and guiding them through meditations, body and breath and they even had a little go at guiding each other in pairs just to notice and focus on sounds etc it was wonderful and I felt that they gained so much more than just having activities to do.” JB

*Timescales can be arbitrary – in other words it may be that you have only taught 3 children in the last 6 months or taught 20 in the last 3 weeks!  This will be explored (by email) following your decision to take the training and book a place.

**Interim refers to the fact that you will become qualified to deliver the Foundation course (beginners) of the Connected Kids programme to other adults.
