My name is Ruth Pringle and I’m from County Down, Northern Ireland.
I have been involved with holistic therapies, spiritual healing and meditation for the last ten years. Throughout all of the training I have done, my own personal experiences and working with clients, I know that a greater sense of well-being, understanding and balance are possible and come from within.
Much of my work focuses on inner child healing (no matter what the age of the client!) and because of this I trained with Lorraine on the Connected Kids programme. Through working with children of various ages, and parents, the benefits of this work are truly amazing.
Sharing the tools and the space to feel, express and just “be” is what empowers individuals.
Through breath and body work, mindfulness, guided visualisations, gentle movement, sound healing, art and crystals, I believe connecting in with your true essence, from the heart, can be life changing. Whether it is to work through an emotional issue, tackle a specific concern, or simply to open up to the idea of discovering your own unique spirit, meditation is an invaluable asset that allows all flowers to bloom, no matter what age.
I work with children individually and within groups. School and community groups are facilitated.
I am a Reiki and Seichim Master Teacher and a member of the UK Reiki Federation. My work includes regression therapy, inner child healing, crystal healing and hypnotherapy.
I am now a qualified Connected Kids Trainer offering Foundation and Professional courses in Northern Ireland and Dublin.
